DocuMagnet is a clean-cut, integrated magnet engineered to allow digital imaging and mailing of a magnet and a letter as one piece. The magnet and carrier sheet form an integrated document.
What configurations are available?
DocuMagnet is available in a 1 up standard format. Other special or custom shapes or formats are available. Please email your requirements.
What magnet sizes are available?
The standard card size is 3-3/8” X 2-1/8”. Custom shapes are available.
What are the applications for DocuMagnet?
Some popular vertical markets are: insurance, health care, finance, clubs and associations, education, direct mail, commercial, travel, manufacturing, and government.

Can the magnet and the document be pre-printed?
Yes. The sheet can be offset pre-printed with static information on the front and/or the back, with a maximum of 8 colors total. DocuMagnets can be offset pre-printed with heat and scuff resistant inks that are formulated to dry quickly, are not tacky, and do not offset in xerographic copiers and printers.
Maximum 10% ink density in digital print areas on face of coated stock.
Are there special charges for pre-printing?
Yes. In addition to variable costs for different combinations of printing options, there may be prep and setup charges on the first order. Can the magnet placement vary on the sheet?
Yes, magnet placement can vary 1/16" in either direction. It is not advisable to print near the edge of the magnet because toner transfer may not be achieved at the die cut. We suggest the customer not attempt to print within 1/4" of the edge of the magnet, either on the magnet itself or the carrier sheet.
Are DocuMagnets available on 8 1/2 X 14" paper or as A4 size?
DocuMagnets are available in 8 1/2" x 11" and A4 sizes. Special sizes may be available. Please email your requirements.
